My Friends

This will give you an insight into my dear friends.

KELLY SIMAN

My dear friend Kelly, whom I truly admire. We met in Daytona Beach and we both have wicked personalities. She HATES to talk on the phone as I do. We both love to go out and drink beer...she's more of a MAN than I am. She has a great body..you go girl and is learning how to flirt :). We call each other "guy" and "girl" and can think of what the other is saying most of the time! She graduated with me in December and is currently tracking across New Zealand by foot. I could NEVER do that! I just wanted to say thanks for being so amazing and thanks for the great times during the last semester. I really enjoyed going to the Ale House and scoping the bois...even though we never went back after that "one" incident with Spikey Hair Dude! Keep eating your earthy crunchy stuff and remember that you only live life once!

ANDREW PHILLIPS

I met Andrew during the first week of orientation at Embry-Riddle and we immediately hit it off. He stayed in the same RESIDENCE HALL as I did and we really got close after a large bout with vodka and rum one night in the hall. We have had some truly amazing times during the past couple of years. We spent New Years 2000 in London, England, and he got to know the wrath of Trebor after he did not "respect that fact that my feet hurt" after WALKING five miles back to the BLODDY jank youth hostel. We have been to Seattle together and have even lived together for a brief period of time in Washington, D.C. Last year we travelled to Moscow and Krasnodar, Russia, and he got a chance to glimpse into the life of Eastern European culture. I will never forget the time that he came down to eat breakfast and was like, "this is a poptart morning!". Andrew - thank for being there for me during these past years. I cannot wait to come back home for thanksgiving dinner again. I hope that you achieve all the goals and dreams that you have wished for in your life. Never give up and continue to reach for the stars.

DEREK SCHOBY

Mr. Derek Christopher Kimbrough-Schoby. Well, I must say NAAAAAAAAAAWWWWWWWWWWWW. (inside joke) Derek is an amazing friend. We are always there for each other and can always tell what the other person is thinking. I really got to know Derek over the past few years by being a conference assistant and by being involved with the Embry-Riddle Resident Student Association. We joke about everything and have LOTS of insiders. There are many people who think about the Roaches as animals...but Derek knows what I am talking about! If I were to ask for a ten piece chicken nugget happy meal...Derek would start laughing...or if I were to ask "do you need any oxygen"...that would be it! We have experienced some truly amazing stuff during the last couple of years. Derek and I went overseas to Tahiti, New Zealand, and Australia this past summer and we had an amazing time. It was he who went to sleep at four in the afternoon and woke up at 2 in the morning, just in time to see me come home. He has his shit screwed on his head right..and I just hope that he gets his money for his tires. Derek - thanks for being a great best friend!
